Western Blot analysis was performed using whole cell extracts of mouse spleen, brain and kidney in Novex Tris-Glycine Native Sample Buffer (Product # LC2673) on a 4-20% Nupage Tris-Glycin Gel (Product # XP04200PK2) for native (non-reducing) gel electrophoresis in Novex™ Tris-Glycine Native Running Buffer (Product # LC2672). Protein transfer to a PVDF membrane (Product # IB24002) was achieved using the iBlot 2 system. Subsequently, the membrane was blocked with 5% milk and probed for 1 hour at room temperature with 5 µg /mL Sall1 Antibody, followed with Goat-anti Rat IgG Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # 31470) at 1:20.000 dilution. The membrane was then detected using Super Signal West Pico Chemiluminescence Substrate (Product # 34580) and the Invitrogen iBright FL1000 Imaging System. As expected, a band of ~140 kDa was detected in mouse brain and kidney but not in mouse spleen. Protein size was determined using NativeMark Unstained Protein Standard (Product # LC0725).
